Factory Overview
Wandisplay has now moved into a brand-new, self-owned industrial park. With an expanded area of 30% and equipped with more advanced automated production lines, our new facility is designed to meet the growing demands of our global clients, ensuring shorter lead times and more stable quality.
R&D Center
Relying on the hardware advantages of our own factory, our R&D center has achieved a comprehensive upgrade of both software and hardware. Our engineers all have 5 to 10 years of working experience. We are equipped with optical experimental equipment and reliability verification equipment to ensure that every TFT, OLED and smart wearable product undergoes strict verification before leaving the factory.
Smart Manufacturing
The new factory introduces fully automatic SMT high-speed placement lines, automatic backlight assembly lines, and OCA laminators. We utilize our larger space to house more precise equipment, achieving one-stop automated production from cutting and cleaning to bonding.
